Tinto de Castelão - Red Wine is a red wine from Fita Preta, produced in the Alentejo region with 100% Castelão grapes. It presents a rich and full-bodied profile, revealing the character of this grape variety in a direct and expressive way.

In the winery, the grapes undergo sorting and crushing, followed by natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature of 27ºC. The wine then ages in post-fermentation maceration for 30 days, a process that helps to deepen the structure and intensify the aromatic expression.

The result is a red wine with a strong personality, designed for those who appreciate wines with presence and flavor. Versatile at the table, it can be enjoyed on its own or paired with different dishes, making it an interesting choice for relaxed moments or more elaborate meals.
