La Grande Dame - Sparkling Wine is a prestigious cuvée from Veuve Clicquot, produced in the Champagne region from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The 2015 vintage, the 24th released since 1972, marks the continuation of an emblematic wine from the maison, created to celebrate its bicentenary. In this edition, the design was by Paola Paronetto.

In the glass, it presents a beautiful, luminous, and intense golden color. On the nose, it reveals a fresh minerality, accompanied by delicate floral notes of jasmine and acacia, which evolve into fruity hints of pear and clementine orange. On the palate, it envelops the palate with a subtle and silky texture, showing freshness and precision, with notes of white pepper, ginger, and citrus peel, followed by mineral hints of chalk and stone.

Described as an exceptional and sunny vintage, this Champagne showcases tension, elegance, and verticality, highlighting the versatility of Pinot Noir from the maison's historic Grands Crus. With great aging potential, it is recommended to serve it between 10 and 12 ºC. It pairs particularly well with innovative dishes where vegetables and fruit take center stage, as well as with pasta accompanied by fruity sauces.
