José Pariente Apasionado - White Wine

José Pariente Apasionado - White Wine is a sweet white wine from Bodegas José Pariente, produced in the Rueda region from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. It was born from the desire to create an innovative sweet wine, after several trials and small vinifications in a unique vineyard, maintaining the varietal identity of Sauvignon Blanc and a profile of great freshness and elegance.

It has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it stands out for its unusual expression for a sweet wine, combining vegetal and exotic fruit notes with hints of freshly cut grass and a light mineral touch. On the palate, it reveals a velvety and very fine texture, with structure, persistence, and a rounded profile. The whole retains a clean and fresh elegance, as well as the characteristic typicity of the grape variety.

It should be served between 5 and 7 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany starters and appetizers with foie gras, dried fruits and cheeses, and also works very well with desserts. It can also be enjoyed on its own, as a wine for contemplation. Presented in a 0.50 liter format.
