José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc - White Wine

José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc - White Wine is a white wine from the Rueda region, produced by Bodegas José Pariente from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. It originates from grapes grown in a continental climate and in poor soils, conditions that favor a clean, aromatic and balanced profile, with persistence and marked minerality. After the selection of the grapes and cold maceration, the wine ferments and ages on its own lees for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, gaining greater texture, complexity and elegance.

It presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma reveals great intensity, with mineral notes reminiscent of stone, herbaceous hints, and citrus nuances, particularly grapefruit, which reinforce the sensation of freshness. On the palate, it is unctuous, with volume and a vibrant tension that gives it precision and character. The result is an elegant and expressive wine, where Sauvignon Blanc demonstrates an excellent adaptation to the Rueda terroir.

It is recommended to serve it at 8ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany shellfish, such as mussels, cockles, oysters and prawns, as well as fish, fresh cheeses and sausages.
