Whispering Angel - Rosé Wine

Whispering Angel - Rosé Wine, from Château d'Esclans, is one of the great international benchmarks for rosé wines from Provence. Produced from a blend of Garnacha, Cinsault and Vermentino, it originates from selected plots in the La Motte region, with harvesting taking place from dawn until midday to preserve the freshness and aromatic expression of the grapes. Vinification in stainless steel tanks contributes to a pure, elegant and very appealing profile.

In the glass, it presents a delicate pale pink color. The aroma highlights notes of red fruits, peach, and melon, accompanied by a subtle spicy touch. On the palate, it reveals itself as fresh, refined, and very fruity, with a marked presence of red fruit, an enveloping texture, and a complete and exuberant whole. It is an accessible rosé in the best sense of the word: harmonious, pleasurable, and with great gastronomic potential.

It should be served between 8 and 12 ºC. It pairs very well with fish dishes, seafood, salads, cheeses and sushi, making it a versatile choice for both casual moments and formal meals.
