Vallado Adelaide Vintage 2015 - Port Wine

Vallado Adelaide Vintage 2015 - Port Wine is a Port wine of great character from Quinta do Vallado, in the Porto and Douro region. Produced from old vines located in the Torto River valley, it expresses the depth and complexity that distinguish great Vintage Ports. During vinification, approximately 70% of the grapes ferment with the stems, in a four-day fermentation process in lagares (traditional stone troughs), with periodic foot treading, respecting traditional methods that contribute to its authenticity and structure.

In the glass, it reveals a full-bodied profile, with ripe and soft tannins, well integrated into an intense and balanced tasting experience. Its excellent structure gives it presence and depth, while the aromatic and palate complexity extends into a very long and persistent finish. It is a wine designed for special moments, capable of providing a rich and engaging tasting experience, whether enjoyed on its own or at the table on occasions when a Vintage Port with a distinct and elegant profile is desired.
