Txakoli K5 - White Wine

Txakoli K5 - White Wine is a white wine aged for aging from Bodega K5, produced in the Txakoli region from the Hondarrabi Zuri grape variety. Made with free-run juice, it stands out for its careful and gastronomic profile, based on late harvests and aging on lees for almost a year in stainless steel tanks. This cellar work helps to soften the natural acidity of the variety, resulting in a serious, balanced white wine with great aptitude for pairing with food.

In the glass, it is bright, clear and crystalline, with medium intensity, a pale greenish-yellow color and lime green reflections. The aroma reveals high intensity, with notes of Granny Smith apple, mineral hints and white flowers, enveloped by a saline background reminiscent of the Cantabrian Sea. On the palate, it shows great volume, a round and glyceric profile, while maintaining the freshness and Atlantic character typical of Txakolis.

It should be served between 7 and 10 ºC. Its gastronomic versatility allows it to be paired with seafood, fish, sushi, foie gras, white meats, and also red meats.
