Albariño Lindeiros - White Wine

Albariño Lindeiros - White Wine is a premium white wine of limited production from Lagar de Fornelos, made exclusively with the Albariño grape variety in the Rías Baixas region. The grapes come from the Troviscoso plot in Cambados, Pontevedra, a 3.8-hectare vineyard whose proximity to Viña Deiro reinforces the connection of this wine to the territory and the Atlantic identity of the house. The name Lindeiros pays homage to a local tradition, in which Albariño vines were historically used as boundary markers between plots.

It has a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals itself as deep and complex, with aromas of apple and melon enveloped by a delicate layer of white flowers. On the palate, it shows a saline character, good body and a fleshy texture, marked by a persistent marine influence that prolongs the tasting in a delicious finish. According to the producer, it also shows remarkable aging potential.

It should be served between 10 and 12 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany appetizers, shellfish and fish, as well as mild cheeses, rice dishes and pasta. An Albariño that seeks to translate, with precision and elegance, the essence of the time and terroir of Rías Baixas.
