Summa Varietalis - Red Wine

Summa Varietalis - Red Wine, from Marqués de Griñón, is a blended red wine from Dominio de Valdepusa, made primarily with Syrah, complemented by small percentages of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The grapes originate from the oldest vines on the property, resulting in a fresh, stimulating wine with expressive fruit intensity, designed for a versatile and engaging gastronomic experience.

It has a deep and intense red color. On the nose, it reveals an elegant and complex profile, where notes of forest fruits stand out, accompanied by delicate mineral and spicy hints. On the palate, it is persistent, complex and very balanced, combining vivacity, structure and harmony in a captivating whole. It is also a wine with good aging potential, while maintaining an appealing character even now.

It should be served at 16ºC to best express its aromatic profile and freshness. At the table, it pairs very well with meats, rice, pasta, and cheeses, establishing itself as a safe choice for different occasions and meal styles.
