Maçanita Gouveio By Joaninha - White Wine is a white wine from the Porto and Douro region, produced by Maçanita from the Gouveio grape variety. Made with great attention to detail, it originates from grapes harvested manually and immediately pressed in whole bunches, followed by fermentation in vats at 14ºC. Afterwards, it ages for six months in stainless steel vats, a choice that helps preserve the freshness, aromatic purity, and clearest expression of the grape variety.

In the glass, it presents a pale yellow color with delicate greenish nuances. Aromatically, it stands out for its minerality and fruity notes that reflect the character of Gouveio. On the palate, it reveals itself as tense, fresh and with good depth, showing balance and precision. It is a white wine with a pure and vibrant profile, very gastronomic, which pairs particularly well with grilled fish dishes and white meats.
