Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royale Brut Blanc de Blancs - Sparkling Wine is an emblematic cuvée from Joseph Perrier, produced since 1952 and established as a true benchmark of the Maison. Made in the Champagne region exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety, it results from a blend of grapes from different crus, revealing a careful interpretation of the house style, centered on the freshness, elegance, and vivacity characteristic of this variety. The extended aging of 36 months contributes to its complexity and balance.

In the glass, it presents a bright pale yellow color with delicate greenish nuances. The aroma initially stands out for its floral profile, joined by notes of apricot and plum. On the palate, it reveals a lively, broad, and fresh attack, evolving into pleasantly acidic flavors of citrus juices, combined with sweet spices like cinnamon and vanilla, delicious biscuit notes, and a finish marked by yuzu.

It should be served between 8 and 10 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany original appetizers and as a starter, especially with light and refined dishes such as carpaccio or ceviche.
