Esporão Private Selection - White Wine

Esporão Private Selection - White Wine is a premium wine from Herdade do Esporão, produced in the Alentejo region from the Sémillon grape variety. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the grapes are harvested and processed during the coolest hours of the morning, at low temperatures, and then carefully pressed to preserve the quality and expression of the raw material. Fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels at controlled temperatures, lending complexity and depth to the whole.

In the glass, it reveals a clear, straw-colored hue. Aromatically, it stands out for its notes of apricot and candied lemon peel, enveloped by spicy hints of clove and nutmeg, along with nuances of white chocolate. On the palate, it is ample, rich, and unctuous, dominated by stone fruit and hints of white pepper, finishing with a long, elegant, and very persistent finish.
