Enate Uno - Red Wine

Enate Uno - Red Wine is a red wine of great character and exclusivity from Enate, produced in the Somontano region from a careful selection of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It is a special wine, reserved for the best harvests, reflecting a double selection process, first in the vineyard and then in the winery, to guarantee the highest quality grapes.

It presents a bright and very intense cherry-red color. The aroma stands out for its intensity and depth, with notes of fresh red fruit, such as cranberries and currants, enveloped by mineral, smoky, and phenolic hints, where suggestions of vanilla and chocolate stand out. On the palate, it reveals great volume, fleshiness, and a serious structure, resulting in a powerful and elegant profile with magnificent aging potential in the bottle.

Aged for 20 months in new French oak barrels, in contact with the fine lees, followed by a natural clarification process. It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany roast lamb with potatoes and red peppers, or a matured beef ribeye steak.
