Enate Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot - Red Wine

Enate Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot - Red Wine is a red wine from the Somontano region, produced by Enate from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, fermenting separately in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months in French and American oak barrels, gaining greater complexity and a harmonious profile. It is a cosmopolitan, versatile and easy-drinking wine, designed to appeal to different consumer styles.

It presents a medium-intensity cherry color. On the nose, it reveals a complex profile, with notes of forest fruits, such as currant and wild blackberry, enveloped by elegant floral nuances of violet and hints of pepper, vanilla, and undergrowth. On the palate, it is smooth and round, with a flavorful finish where toasted notes emerge. The balanced acidity contributes to its freshness and allows for positive evolution in the bottle over the next 5 years.

It should be served between 14 and 16 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany roasts, meats and cheeses, and also works very well with fish in sauce. A versatile, balanced and gastronomic red wine, ideal to have on the table for different occasions.
