Castello d'Alba Biológico - White Wine

Castello d'Alba Biológico - White Wine is a white wine from the Porto and Douro region, produced by Castello D'Alba using organic production methods. Originating from the Douro Superior, it comes from non-irrigated vines, cultivated with respect for ecological balance, without the use of pesticides or herbicides. The harvest is done manually, in small perforated 15 kg boxes, ensuring careful selection of the grapes upon arrival at the winery.

In winemaking, traditional methods are followed, with fermentation using indigenous yeasts and aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for three months. This process contributes to a complex aromatic profile and a more engaging palate. It presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and a mineral aroma, marked by notes of exotic fruits, citrus, and white wildflowers.

On the palate, it reveals intensity, a creamy texture, good volume and balanced freshness, finishing long and elegantly. It is a versatile choice at the table, especially suitable to accompany fish dishes, seafood, salads and mild cheeses.
