It is a Blanc de Blancs with a distinct profile, highlighting the elegance and suitability of this variety for producing sparkling wines of great precision and character.

According to the available information, it is made using the traditional method and benefits from a prolonged aging of 60 months in the cellars, followed by a further 6 months in the bottle. In the glass, it presents an intense citrus color and very fine bubbles. Aromatically, it reveals a complex profile, with notes of dried fruit, biscuit, toasted bread and subtle nuances of cereal, composing a sophisticated and expressive whole.
