Drappier Blanc de Blancs - Sparkling Wine is a Champagne that expresses the originality of the Drappier house through a blend composed mainly of Chardonnay, with a touch of Pinot Blanc (“Blanc Vrai”). Made with wines aged entirely in vats, it presents an engaging style and a low-sulfite approach, prioritizing the purity and authenticity of the fruit.

In the glass, it reveals a pale yellow color and an abundant effervescence of very fine bubbles. The aroma highlights fresh notes of stone fruit, such as peach and pear, delicately sculpted by an elegant floral component. Mineral nuances and gourmand hints of pastry and biscuit also emerge, adding complexity to the whole.

On the palate, it combines finesse, purity and floral elegance with roundness and a creamy profile, finishing with freshness and distinction. It is an excellent choice as an aperitif and pairs well with white meats, smoked salmon or tagliatelle with scallops. It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC.
