Bobos Finca Casa La Borracha - Red Wine

Bobos Finca Casa La Borracha - Red Wine, from Hispano Suizas, is a red wine from the Utiel-Requena region made exclusively from the Bobal grape variety, highlighted here in an interpretation of great character and depth. Produced at the former Finca La Borracha, from vines over 70 years old, this wine shows the potential of a variety that has been gaining increasing prestige. In the glass, it presents an intense red color with violet reflections, immediately revealing concentration and vivacity.

On the nose, it stands out for its complexity, combining notes of oak with ripe fruit and hints of undergrowth, over a toasted and balsamic background. On the palate, it reveals itself as full-bodied and enveloping, with a generous texture, elegant tannins and good fruit weight, finishing with a profile marked by wood. The whole stands out for its balance and the expression of its bouquet. It is recommended to serve between 16 and 18 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany grilled meats, roasts, red meat stews or cured cheeses.
