Description | Pagos de Araiz Blaneo Garnacha - Red Wine
Pagos de Araiz Blaneo Garnacha - Red Wine is a single-varietal Garnacha wine from the Navarra region, produced by Pagos de Araiz from grapes sourced from different vineyards over 80 years old. With a limited production of 4,857 bottles, it stands out as an expressive red wine, highlighting the origin of the grape variety and the character of the cool region from which it comes. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the same French and American oak barrels where it ages for eight months, contributing to its distinct personality.
In the glass, it presents a medium-intensity cherry-red color with violet edges that reveal its youth. The aroma is clean and intense, with floral notes of lilac and fruity hints of cherry and orange. On the palate, it is lively and luscious, balanced and long, with crisp fruit, a silky and persistent finish. It is recommended to serve it between 15ºC and 16ºC. It is an excellent accompaniment to veal, game, lamb, poultry, vegetable stews, and pasta dishes.
