Regueirón - White Wine

Regueirón - White Wine, from Virgen del Galir, is a white wine from Valdeorras made exclusively from the Godello grape variety. The wine's name comes from the Regueirón plot, located in Éntoma, where the grapes used in its production originate. This is an exceptionally high-quality vineyard, situated in clay-loam and schistous soils, within a context of sustainable viticulture that seeks to respect the origin and expression of the terroir.

In the winery, fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in small oak and concrete vats, contributing to an intense, delicate and complex profile. It presents a straw-yellow color with a greenish rim, clean and bright. On the nose, it reveals notes of low vegetation, floral hints and a well-defined mineral character. On the palate, it is fresh, with nerve and persistence, offering a balanced and expressive tasting experience.

It should be served at 10ºC to best appreciate its freshness and aromatic precision. It is an excellent choice to accompany fish, pasta, shellfish and rice dishes, harmonizing particularly well with preparations where the delicacy of the flavors benefits from its acidity and mineral profile.
