Quinta de Cidrô Chardonnay - White Wine

Quinta de Cidrô Chardonnay - White Wine is a white wine from Quinta de Cidrô, in the Porto and Douro region, made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety. Its vinification combines two complementary approaches: 80% of the wine ferments in French oak barrels, while the remaining 20% ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wood-fermented component then remains in contact with fine lees for 8 months, using batonnage, contributing to greater texture, complexity and aromatic integration.

In the glass, it appears clear and bright, with a pale yellow color. The aroma reveals good concentration and intensity, with notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple, peach, and pear, enveloped by subtle nuances of wood and delicate buttery notes. On the palate, it stands out for its excellent acidity, which gives it freshness and balance, even with an expressive and flavorful structure.
