Pieles - White Wine

Pieles - White Wine, from Binifadet, is a white wine produced in Menorca from selected Chardonnay grapes from the best plots of the estate, located in the south of the island and characterized by calcareous soils. Its production is distinguished by a careful approach: cold maceration of the whole grape for two days, alcoholic fermentation with skins and seeds, and lees aging for 6 months in clay amphorae. The result is a white wine with its own identity, structure, and balance.

In the glass, it presents a straw-yellow color. On the nose, it reveals notes of cereals, honey, dried herbs, withered flowers, citrus, stone fruit, ripe fruit, and hints of yeast. On the palate, it is powerful and balanced, with a highlight on the ripe fruit flavor, in an enveloping and expressive tasting experience.
