Noval Extra Dry White - Port Wine

Noval Branco Extra Seco - Port Wine is a white Port wine from Quinta do Noval, produced in the Porto and Douro region. It is a blend of classic Douro grape varieties, including Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Rabigato and Códega, which contribute to the fresh and expressive profile of this wine.

In winemaking, the process is carefully adapted to preserve the aromatic purity and balance of the whole: 50% of the grapes are vinified with skin maceration and the remaining 50% without maceration, in closed stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. This approach allows the aromatic component to be enhanced while maintaining the precision and freshness desired in an extra dry white Port.

It has a citrine color and an intense, fruity bouquet. On the palate, it reveals elegance and delicacy, with a balanced combination of alcohol, sugar, and acidity. This balance gives it freshness and versatility, making it especially suitable as an aperitif. The finish is long, pleasant, and marked by a lively and harmonious sensation.
