Myndru - Red Wine

Myndru - Red Wine is a wine from Herdade Aldeia de Cima, in the Alentejo region, deeply connected to the landscape of the Serra do Mendro and the winemaking tradition of the region. Produced from traditional grape varieties from old vines with very low productivity, it expresses an approach that prioritizes the authenticity of the raw material and respect for the character of the territory. The vinification follows ancestral methods, with fermentation and aging in amphorae, without the use of wood, evoking historical practices that mark the Alentejo wine identity.

In the glass, it reveals a translucent ruby color and a delicate aromatic profile, centered on red fruits, balsamic notes of rockrose and holm oak, and a subtle mineral hint. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness, smooth tannins, and balanced acidity, in an elegant and harmonious whole. Produced in limited quantities, this red wine is ideal for pairing with food, grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes, or aged cheeses.
