Monopole Siglo XXI - White Wine

Monopole Siglo XXI - White Wine is a single-varietal white wine made exclusively from the Verdejo grape variety in the Rueda region by CVNE. It results from a new interpretation of the classic Monopole, now in an expression focused on the fresh and varietal character of Verdejo. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature, preserving the primary, fruity and floral aromas characteristic of the grape variety.

In the glass, it presents a pale yellow color with a greenish hue. Aromatically, it reveals great intensity, with notes of tropical fruits such as mango, peach, and grapefruit, combined with spicy and herbaceous nuances. On the palate, the entry is captivating, with an elegant course and a balanced finish between the acidity and the slight bitterness characteristic of Verdejo. The persistence is long and fruity, reinforcing the sensation of freshness and definition.

With a fresh and expressive profile, it's a versatile choice for the table. It should be served between 8 and 10 ºC and pairs well with white meats, fish, shellfish, and pâtés, also working very well as an aperitif.
