Marquês de Marialva Bical Reserva - White Wine is a white wine from the Bairrada region, made exclusively from the Bical grape variety. It presents an expressive citrus color and an aromatic profile marked by floral notes, accompanied by elegant nuances of fruit, dried fruit and toasted cereals, revealing a complex and well-defined whole.

In winemaking, the grapes undergo total destemming, skin maceration, and gentle pneumatic pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. This process helps preserve the freshness and aromatic expression of the grape variety, resulting in a balanced and distinctive wine, with good harmony between intensity and delicacy.

On the palate, it is fresh, elegant and harmonious, with a remarkable persistence that pleasantly prolongs the tasting experience.
