Malleolus de Valderramiro - Red Wine

Malleolus de Valderramiro - Red Wine is a flagship wine from Emilio Moro, produced in Ribera del Duero from 100% Tempranillo, also known locally as Tinto Fino. The grapes come from Pago de Valderramiro, a historic plot planted in 1924, which plays a special role for the winery as a genetic reserve and gives its name to this wine.

It presents a deep, highly concentrated garnet red color. The aroma is expressive and intense, showcasing the best of the Tempranillo grape from the plot, accompanied by elegant spicy and toasty notes in perfect harmony. Aging in French oak barrels contributes to its complexity and the overall captivating profile.

On the palate, it displays volume, structure, and great breadth, with a complex and powerful taste. It stands out for its polished yet firm tannins, balsamic intensity, and unctuous texture, finishing long with a fine aftertaste. It is recommended to serve it at 16ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany roast lamb, meat rice dishes, and stewed legume dishes.
