Esporão Vinho da Talha - White Wine

Esporão Vinho da Talha - White Wine, from Herdade do Esporão, is an Alentejo wine that pays homage to one of the region's oldest winemaking traditions: fermentation and aging in clay amphorae. Inspired by ancestral knowledge, this wine recovers a method linked to the historical roots of the territory and authentically expresses the Alentejo identity.

In the glass, it presents a dry straw color and an elegant and enveloping aromatic profile, where notes of white fruit compote, lemon, grapefruit, and dried herbs emerge. On the palate, it reveals itself to be complex and intense, with vegetal and spice hints, finishing with a long, ample, and persistent finish. Vinification with indigenous yeasts and contact with the must in clay amphorae reinforce the traditional character and authenticity of the whole.
