Drappier Rosé - Sparkling Wine

Drappier Rosé - Sparkling Wine is the purest expression of a rosé champagne from the Drappier house, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes in the Champagne region. Produced with grapes from some of the house's most exclusive plots, it reveals a vibrant, elegant and highly precise style, based on careful production and bottle aging of between two and three years.

In the glass, it presents a coppery pink color. The aromatic profile highlights notes of rose petals, strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by a component of red fruits and citrus nuances reminiscent of tangerine. A delicate touch of white pepper adds complexity and distinction to the whole.

On the palate, it shows good structure, flavorful character and a very well-defined finesse, with a predominance of red fruit and a freshness that reinforces its elegant profile. It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany salmon carpaccio, scallops, sushi or strawberry salad.
