Dona Ermelinda - Red Wine

Dona Ermelinda - Red Wine is a wine from the Setúbal Peninsula produced by Casa Ermelinda Freitas, made from the Castelão, Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional grape varieties. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by prolonged maceration, allowing the extraction of color, structure and aromatic expression. Aging for 6 to 8 months in French and American oak contributes to a harmonious and captivating profile, where fruit and wood are integrated in a balanced way.

On the nose, notes of red fruit stand out, well accompanied by nuances of wood, evolving into hints of dried fruit and spices. On the palate, it reveals itself as smooth, with good structure and a balanced whole, offering a pleasant and versatile tasting experience.
