Dominio de Calogia Doble M - Red Wine is one of the most recent offerings from Dominio de Calogía, created by José Manuel Pérez Ovejas. Produced in Ribera del Duero from the Tempranillo grape variety, it originates from a vineyard located in “La Loma”, with north-facing slopes, at a moment of full maturity. True to the house philosophy, this wine results from parcel vinification, designed to precisely capture the identity of the terroir and the unique expression of each plot.

It presents a cherry-red color and a very precise style, with an Atlantic profile where freshness plays a central role. The whole reveals remarkable balance and harmony, supported by well-integrated acidity and minerality, reflecting respectful viticulture. The 15-month aging in French oak barrels adds depth and complexity to the wine, while preserving its elegance and definition.

The name Doble M has a special meaning: it corresponds to the initials of Manuela and Mauro, children of José Manuel Pérez Ovejas, symbolizing the future of Dominio de Calogía and the continuity of a tradition marked by dedication. It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 17 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany red meats, game dishes, roasts, stews and also wild fish.
