Convento do Paraíso - Red Wine is a red wine from the Algarve region, made from Sousão and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This blend combines the intense and fresh profile of Sousão with the structure and depth of Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in a red wine with a distinctive character and elegant presence.

According to available information, the grapes are harvested manually and carefully selected. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with traditional maceration, followed by 12 months of aging in new French oak barrels. In the glass, it presents a deep red color with violet reflections. The aroma highlights notes of blackberries, spices, dark chocolate, and smoky nuances, well-integrated with barrel aging.
