Binifadet - Rosé Wine

Binifadet - Rosé Wine is a fruity, balanced, and persistent rosé produced by Binifadet in the south of the island of Menorca. Made from Merlot and Syrah grapes, it originates from selected plots of the estate, marked by calcareous soils that help define its fresh and expressive profile. Part of the wine ferments in French oak barrels, adding complexity to the whole, and aging on the lees for 4 months contributes to greater depth and texture. The result is a rosé that surprises with its Mediterranean freshness and the harmony between fruit, vivacity, and elegance.

It has a bright pink color. The aroma is very elegant and smooth, with notes of red fruit, such as raspberry and cherry, enveloped by hints of sweet spices, namely cinnamon. On the palate, it is very fresh, pleasant and flavorful, with a lively and round profile, finishing harmoniously with a fruity and slightly sweet aftertaste. It should be served at 6°C and pairs well with salads, roast chicken, grilled lamb, white meats and meat rice dishes.
