Asadoira Vino Parcelario - White Wine, from Valdesil, is a single-varietal white wine from Godello originating in Valdeorras. The Asadoira plot, cultivated for generations by the Padra-Gayoso family, is located in Córgomo, on a privileged slope of the Sil river valley. This wine seeks to accurately reflect its origin, highlighting the influence of the schist soil and the strong mineral component that marks its profile.

It has a bright yellow color. The aroma features mineral, citrus, stone fruit, and herbal notes, accompanied by nuances of aging on fine lees. On the palate, it reveals itself to be balanced, unctuous, and with a well-defined acidity that gives it structure and depth. The finish is elegant, with a delicate and pleasant bitter touch, reinforcing its personality and persistence.

Aged for 9 months on its lees, it expresses intensity and elegance, combined with a solid and deep palate. It should be served between 8 and 12 ºC. Its minerality makes it an excellent choice to accompany seafood, white fish and fish rice dishes.
